I have a friend I met on Twitter (@cvaldezmiller), when I was fairly new to the twittershpere. My friendship with Carolina Valdez Miller has grown over the years because she is a genuine caring person. And to show you how much she cares, she is going on a medical mission to Haiti in January and needs some help. A few dollars here and there will help her to help so many.
