Knowing is ALWAYS better than not knowing. And having my instinct validated definitely helped. The doc and I talked about the weather as well. His take was that we’d have more winds, but the weekend would clear. Hopefully that’s the case. But if not, I’ll be using my steamer, nasal rinse, and allergy and decongestant medicines. 🙂

It is always important to know what you can do to help yourself. And now you know you can plan for a lack of communication too, while working to make it work better. As I sit here with the television in the background I am hearing that we can look forward to more winds soon, and I am hoping that they are less of an issue in your health.
