Apparently we have “judges” who don’t have a problem with it because they keep giving these slap on the wrist sentences because they are so concerned about the boy/man’s future.

It is a complete disgrace and the only way it will change is to continue to highlight and protest what is happening.

I think that is the part that really hit home. I doubt the ice cream licker will receive much of a punishment, because she is a minor and no harm came to anyone, but the IDEA that the potential sentence could START at 2 years for violation of ice cream, when Brock Turner violated an unconcious woman and was sentenced to 6 months is appalling.
